Bio: Well, I'm 18, have been a hobby enthusiast for about as long as I can remember, and yet I still have all the ability of a blind-drunk donkey
Okay, so maybe that was a slight exageration, but I'm only achieving Table Top Standard. I'm confident however that with more practice I can still improve vastly - something I'll be sure to share with you, and not gloat at all
Over time I've bought models for, or thought about buying models for just about every army GW produce. My list now includes Space Marines, Chaos Space Marines, Tau/Kroot, Dark Eldar, Orks, Catachans (both metal and plastic) and now Cadian that I've owned.
At this moment in time I am finishing (very slowly) a fledgeling Guard force to sell, and also working on a nice new shiny Dark Angels army, with which I'm going magnet-crazy =D

Bio: I have been a follower of Warhammer since Christmas 2001, starting with an eldar battleforce. Before then I had the codex and a few odd models given to me by a friend. I collected a hefty collection from then until 2004, building up a 2800pt Eldar force, 1800-2500pts of Empire, three attempted failures to start space marines and a large amount of good side Lord of the Rings (elves, rohan and gondor mostly along with a load of heroes.)
However, it was by this time I began to lose interest. My lazy side stopped me in my tracks. My painting, which had got better (though still rubbish) stopped alotgether, although this was partly due to a lack of a permanent indoor painting area that was well lit. Also, GW's prices were really bashing my wallet and outside of christmas and birthdays I could't really buy anything. Now my interest has come back to me though more price rises have clamped down on my possible attempts to collect again. All of my models were sold off, so now I have the oppurtunity to start completely afresh.
I still, however, have a huge pile of books and White Dwarf magazines and I can still remember a huge amount of information. This allows me to be helpful and so not be a useless turd here at Warp Storms. I joined te old forums in April 2005 after a month of browsing as a guest, and i am still here now.

Bio: I'm 14 and have been collecting for about 3 years now. I prefer to play games then paint models but, from time to time I can really get into preparing my troops for battle whether that be, building them, painting them or basing them. The main game system I play is Lord Of The Rings but enjoy Fantasy and hope to play 40K soon. I've been to 1 tournament, in Glasgow Scotland.
I play various Lord Of the Rings armies including: Harad, Gondor and Wood Elves. For Warhammer I play Lizardmen, though I also have the dwarfs from Battle Of Skulls Pass. For 40K I'm an Imperial Guard player ... well I have a box of Cadians
At the moment I plan to get a 1,500 point fully painted Guard army by Christmas, as well as finishing the final few models of my LOTR Wood Elf army. After the Guard I want to finish my Lizardmen for Fantasy and increase the army size to about 3000 points. After this I plan to make a new Warhammer army and I'm glad I have plenty time to decide, since I really can't make my mind up between Empire & Dwarfs or maybe something different entirely.
